View of the gardens outside was gorgeous, the room was exquisite and new-fashioned. The variety of choices for vegetarian breakfast was outstanding. Location: the hotel was just next door to Kyoto, the Garan, Koyasan's main temple complex and all the main temples to visit, which are easily accessible by walking.

Had a really really nice stay in a very pretty town, everything was lovely. The staff were hospitable and respectful with any request.

The staff is nice here, the services are superb. the units are spacious with our own toilet. the restaurant serves awesome Japanese food. the location is brilliant, just off the bus stop, near an authentic ancient Japanese monastery and Okunoin, which took about 25 minutes to walk to.

I had an amazing stay at a peaceful temple with breathtaking garden views. The spacious room was comfortable and the morning religious service was truly enlightening. The delicious meals were a highlight and the location was perfect for exploring Koyasan's attractions. a highly recommended experience.
